Natalie Orcutt is an accomplished professional in the field of education and development, currently serving as the Director of Development and External Affairs at KIPP Capital Region Public Schools since June 2022. Previously, Natalie held various roles at Albany Leadership Charter High School for Girls from March 2014 to June 2022, including Director of Advancement, where responsibilities encompassed fund development, enrollment management, community engagement, and liaison activities. Natalie's earlier experience includes positions as a Strategic Partner at Girl Scouts of Northeastern New York, a Teaching Assistant at the University at Albany, and Site Manager at Schools Out Inc. Natalie holds a Master's degree in Interpersonal/Intercultural Communications and a Bachelor's degree in Communications, both from the University at Albany, SUNY.
