Ryan Easttum has a diverse range of work experience in marketing, coaching, and management roles. Ryan started their career as a Captain America at Exceptional Education - Buffalo State College, where they learned about himself through working with people in service areas. Ryan then moved on to become President, Publisher, Editor, and Reader at Talking River Review, a Northwest Literary Journal, where they played multiple roles in crafting publications.
Ryan's marketing career began at InsideTrack, where they worked as an Assistant Online Marketing Manager, Online Marketing Manager, and eventually Senior Marketing Manager. Ryan also worked as an Editor, curating material, checking for grammar, and managing a WordPress site. Throughout their time at InsideTrack, Ryan developed skills in managing marketing projects and improving the online presence of the company.
Ryan's next marketing role was as a Marketing Manager at Upswing, where they focused on bridging the resources gap in higher education and creating a demand generation engine. Ryan also collaborated with sales and marketing teams to develop a nurture strategy for existing prospects.
Following Upswing, Ryan worked as a Marketing and Operations Manager at WEEKDAYS, where they handled marketing and managerial tasks for the company. Ryan then joined Kiosk, an advertising agency, as a Senior Account Executive, where they were responsible for asking the right questions and solving the right problems in marketing campaigns.
Most recently, Ryan took on a new challenge as a T-Ball Coach at Raleigh Hills Little League, where they learned valuable lessons and experienced personal growth while coaching a team of 5-year-olds. The focus of their role was on ensuring that the players had the most fun rather than winning games.
Ryan Easttum holds a Master of Science degree in Creativity, Problem Solving, Innovation, and Leadership from Buffalo State University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Publishing from Lewis-Clark State College. In addition to their formal education, Ryan has obtained several certifications including Conversational Marketing Certified from Drift, Inbound Certification from HubSpot, Sales Enablement from HubSpot, and Email Marketing from HubSpot. Ryan received these certifications in various years between 2017 and 2021.
