Abdul Fatah Abu has worked in a variety of roles in the IT field since 2006. Abdul Fatah began their career as a Desktop Support Agent for Dell Inc. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as an L1 Gold Technical Support Specialist for the company's Small Business Account. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Client Technical Support Senior Associate for the company's Large Enterprise and Government Contracts. In 2017, they took on the role of NOC Analyst at CompuCom. In 2018, they moved to Netsync Network Solutions as a Network Operations Center Analyst. In 2015, they worked as a Network Operations Center Analyst at Northrop Grumman. In 2016, they held the role of Junior Network Engineer at Lower Hudson Regional Information Center and Infrastructure Support Analyst at NYU Langone Medical Center.
