Netzahualcoyotl Alvarez has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Netzahualcoyotl started their career at Costco Wholesale in 1993 as an IT Senior Manager, where they were responsible for designing and maintaining the infrastructure of systems for national stores and corporate offices. After 13 years with Costco, they joined Collins & Aikman as an IT Country Manager, overseeing communication, printing, and ERP systems for manufacturing plants. In 2007, Alvarez became the Operations Director at KIO Networks, managing operations across multiple data centers in Mexico and international locations. Netzahualcoyotl later transitioned to the role of Customer Experience Director before becoming the Customer & Business Insights Group Director, where they led the Customer Experience Group and achieved significant improvements in group NPS.
Netzahualcoyotl Alvarez has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they obtained from 1989 to 1993. Netzahualcoyotl also holds various certifications and degrees in different fields, including Behavioral Economics from Harvard Business School, Customer Data Analytics for Growth from The Wharton School, and Customer Focused Innovation Program and Managing Talent for Strategic Advantage from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Netzahualcoyotl has also completed Creative Leadership and Facilitation for Innovation Certification from Buffalo State University and CEM Expert Certification from IZO. Additionally, they have completed programs in Higher Education Administration from IPADE Business School and a Diploma in Strategic Administration from Universidad Anáhuac.
