Jeff Kaufman began their work experience in 1988 at Schneider Electric as a Staff Engineering Designer. Jeff held this role for 26 years before transitioning to Kinze Manufacturing, Inc. in 2014, where they became a Manufacturing Engineer.

Jeff Kaufman attended the University of Northern Iowa from 1983 to 1988, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Technology.
