Joseph Rodriguez is an experienced Estimator and Project Manager at Kinsale Contracting Group Inc since July 2019. Previously, Joseph served as a National/Regional Project Manager at Advantage Paving Solutions Inc, where project management spanned multiple regions and included the development of standard operating procedures for other project managers. Joseph also held the position of National Project Manager at Rose Paving LLC, overseeing over 400 projects annually across Illinois, Northwest Indiana, and parts of Wisconsin. Earlier roles include Regional Project Manager at Rose Paving LLC, Lead Home Sales Consultant at Best Buy, and various managerial positions in the food service industry. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical Systems Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in 2012.
