Manoj Patel, P.Eng. is an experienced engineering professional with a strong focus on project management within the mineral processing industry. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Kinross Gold Corporation since May 2023, Manoj previously held the role of Project Manager at BBA Consultants and served as Director and Project Manager at Halyard Inc. where key projects included the Rare Earth Elements Ore Sorting Plant for Cheetah Resources Corp. and work with Unigold Inc. Manoj's career includes substantial experience as a Project Engineer and Mechanical Engineer at DRA Global and Vale, contributing to significant projects like the Renard Diamond Project and various initiatives for Labrador Iron Mines. Manoj holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University and completed a program at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
