Carol Pawsey is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the lettings sector. Since November 2004, Carol has served as the Group Lettings Director and Board Director at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, overseeing all residential lettings branches, the tenant and landlord accounts department, the tenancy renewals department, the property management department, and ensuring compliance within the lettings department. Prior to KFH, Carol held various leadership positions, including Regional Director at Bradford & Bingley Estate Agents from June 2003 to October 2004, and Area Director at Barnard Marcus Estate Agents, where Carol worked from June 1985 to June 2003. Carol’s background includes roles such as Customer Service Manager and Branch Manager in lettings, reflecting a deep understanding of both operational and customer service aspects of the real estate industry.
