Tim Goldspink CEng MIET is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as Head of Operations at Kingsway Group Global since February 2023. Previously, Tim held the position of Group Operations Director at Crystal-Direct from July 2012 to February 2023. Additional experience includes roles such as Factory Manager and Production Manager at Baxi Group, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing site manufacturing of commercial water heating products and stainless steel hot water cylinders. Tim's career also features significant positions at Pirelli Cables, UGI Smith Meters, and Fairfield Mabey, spanning various managerial roles in heavy engineering and production management. Tim holds a BEng (Hons) degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Brunel University London and additional qualifications in management and LEAN principles.
