Jessica Martin

Jessica Martin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 1993, they worked as an Office Administrator at Object Designs, LLC. From 1998 to 2001, they served as a Community Service Officer/Public Service Assistant at the City of Fremont Police Department. In 2009, they worked as a Substitute Teacher at SCPS. Jessica then joined Allstate in 2014 as a Represented Casualty Claims Adjuster until 2019. In 2011, they worked briefly as an Office Manager at New Genesis Financial, LLC. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at ISG as an Account Manager and later joined Gallagher Bassett as a Client Services Manager for a few months. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Account Management at The Kingstree Group, a Workers' Compensation Case Management Company.

Jessica Martin's education history includes a variety of academic and professional accomplishments. In 1997, they attended Ohlone Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Administration of Justice. Jessica completed their studies in 1998.

Following this, from 1999 to 2002, Jessica attended California State University Hayward, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration.

In 2013, Jessica pursued further education in the field of claims adjusting at Adjuster Pro, where they obtained a State of Florida All Lines Adjuster certification.

Additionally, Jessica has continued to enhance their skills and knowledge through various certifications. In August 2021, they obtained the certification "15 Secrets Successful People Know about Time Management (getAbstract Summary)" from LinkedIn. Jessica further expanded their professional development in April 2023, obtaining the certifications "Building a Superstar Brand" and "Service Innovation" from LinkedIn.
