Emily Baxter is a legal professional with extensive experience in workplace relations and business law. Currently serving as Partner at Kingston Reid since November 2019, Emily has previously held roles including Special Counsel and Senior Associate at the same firm. Prior experience includes Senior Associate and Lawyer positions at K&L Gates, as well as a secondment as Legal Counsel for Workplace Relations at Pacific National. Emily’s earlier roles include Lawyer and Workplace Relations Advisor at Australian Business Lawyers & Advisors and a secondment as Workplace Relations Advisor at ActewAGL. Emily's career began with a foundational role in Human Resources at BAE Systems Australia and leadership positions in model United Nations conferences. Emily holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources/Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Law, both from the University of Newcastle.
