Hemant Verma is a seasoned engineering professional with significant expertise in maintenance, controls, and project management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Maintenance & Controls at Kingspan Jindal Pvt. Ltd. since May 2019, Hemant supervises the operations of two Polyurethane Insulation Panel Plants and leads quality improvement initiatives using advanced methodologies such as Statistical Process Control and RCA. Previously, as Associate Manager at Hindustan Zinc from January 2011 to April 2019, Hemant managed substantial capital expenditures and service contracts while leading teams in upgrading plant technologies. Early career experience includes serving as Project Engineer at Sterlite Industries, where Hemant focused on project proposals and engineering specifications for copper refinery expansions. Hemant holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
