Natalie Slater is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in talent attraction and management. Since May 2013, Natalie has held the position of Head of Talent Attraction & Recruitment at Kingsley Napley LLP, an internationally recognized law firm in central London, where previous roles included Recruitment Manager and Senior Recruitment Officer. Prior to this, Natalie worked at Carousel Consultancy Ltd as a Resourcer/Consultant from February 2010 to May 2013, contributing to the firm's outstanding reputation in the London recruitment market. Natalie holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Sussex, completed in 2009, and attended Warlingham School from 1999 to 2006.
