Laura Phillips is a Legal Director at Kingsley Napley, an independent law firm recognized as the Independent Law Firm Of The Year since September 2012. Specializing in contentious trust and probate disputes, Laura handles challenges to wills based on testamentary capacity, knowledge and approval, fraud, forgery, and undue influence, including matters involving multi-jurisdictional estates. Additionally, Laura represents claimants and defendants in Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at SC Andrew LLP, a boutique firm known for complex international litigation, and as a Trainee Solicitor with the London Young Lawyers Group. Earlier roles also include a Legal Assistant position at Scarola Ellis in New York. Laura earned an LLB in European Commercial Law from the University of Sussex.
