Marco Stella is a highly experienced legal professional with a robust background in Banking and Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions. Currently serving as Special Counsel (Knowledge Management) at King & Wood Mallesons since 1996, Marco has held various roles within the firm, including Solicitor and Senior Associate. Prior to this, Marco worked as Assistant Company Secretary at Nestlé Australia Ltd and as Solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons. Educational credentials include a Graduate Diploma in IT from the University of Technology Sydney and a combined Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws degree with a Finance major from Macquarie University.
