Jannquell Peters serves as the Director of Community Affairs at King & Spalding since October 2021. Previously, Jannquell held the position of Magistrate Judge with Fulton County Government from January 2021 to January 2022, and served as Chief Service Officer for the City of Atlanta from June 2016 to January 2019. Additionally, Jannquell was the Mayor of the City of East Point from January 2014 to January 2018. Earlier in the career, Jannquell worked as an Attorney at the Office of the Special Assistant Attorney General from April 2008 to June 2016, specializing in representing children in Juvenile Court proceedings, and as a Senior Attorney with Fulton County Government from November 2005 to March 2008. Jannquell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Northern Michigan University and a Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center.
