Terry Knoploh has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Terry began their career as a Marketing Analyst at Fingerhut in 1987 and later moved on to become the Director of Marketing at Montgomery Ward Direct in 1992. In 1997, they joined Northern Tool + Equipment as the VP of Marketing, where they worked for ten years. In 2007, Terry became the President of Landscape Brands, a position they held for two years before transitioning to their current role as the CEO of King + Cross Companies in 2009. At King + Cross Companies, they lead a 100% employee-owned company that provides creative services and distributes gifts and resources to Christian churches, ministries, and businesses.

Terry Knoploh attended Carleton College from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics.
