Dr. Abdulaziz Alturki currently serves as the Director of Cultural and Social Affairs at the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Washington D.C. since December 2023. With an extensive academic career, Dr. Alturki has been associated with King Faisal University since 2005, holding various positions including Dean of Student Affairs, Department Chair, Assistant Professor, Faculty Member, Vice President Assistant for Academic Affairs, and Vice Dean for Academic Affairs in the College of Arts. Dr. Alturki earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Linguistics from Lancaster University, where studies were completed between 2009 and 2013, and possesses two Master's degrees in Applied Linguistics from the University of Essex, obtained in 2007 and 2008.
