Tim Maass is an experienced portfolio and property manager with over a decade of service at Blanton Turner. Responsibilities included overseeing a variety of properties, particularly student housing, in the Seattle market, while managing financial health, maintenance, and staffing. Tim also adapted to new challenges, taking on the role of Satellite Property Manager for multiple properties, and demonstrating leadership through participation in community-oriented initiatives like CORK. Prior to this, Tim's background includes teaching assistance at TAPIF, event planning, payroll management, and a marketing internship, all supported by dual degrees in Communications Studies and French Language and Literature from Seattle Pacific University.
