Mindy Watson is an experienced professional in workforce development and education, currently serving as the Sector Relations Manager at Kinexus Group since July 2022. Prior to this role, Watson was a Special Project Manager at Michigan Works! BCV from August 2021 to July 2022, and worked as a Title One Paraprofessional at Coloma Community Schools from January 2019 to April 2021, providing instructional and behavioral support to students. Earlier experience includes serving as a Program Manager for Jobs for Michigan's Graduates at Youth Solutions, Inc., where Watson led a team to achieve national recognition for exceptional program performance. Watson also held a position as Youth Specialist and Lead Talent Development Specialist at Kinexus Group from October 2013 to August 2016, focusing on education and workforce preparedness for at-risk youth.
