Stephanie Nußbaum started their work experience in 2013 as a Freelancer at f/p design. In 2014, they joined eGym as a Grafik & Produktdesignerin until 2017. From 2017 onwards, they worked at KINEXON GmbH as a Senior Lead Designer, responsible for corporate design and branding strategies, leading a design team, and implementing marketing materials, trade show appearances, product design, and user experience.

Stephanie Nußbaum studied integrated product design at Hochschule Coburg.
