Rans Brempong is an experienced Technical Recruiter at Kineticom since September 2012, specializing in full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and contract negotiation. Rans demonstrates strong multitasking abilities and a keen sense of urgency in meeting tight deadlines, while also establishing solid networking pipelines for in-demand skill sets and utilizing an applicant tracking system for documentation. Prior to this role, Rans served as a Teacher's Assistant for the West Vancouver School District and had a successful career as a professional basketball player, competing with teams such as the Bayer Giants and Matrixx Magixx, and earning accolades such as co-captain and all-star recognition. Rans holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a minor in Marketing and Art from Western Carolina University.
