Joyce Chan is a skilled data professional with experience in various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Data Engineer at Hytech since April 2023, Joyce previously worked as an Automation Engineer at MR DIY Malaysia, where automation processes for reporting and email communication were developed using Python and Google App Script. Prior experience includes an AI Engineer position at Dr Clear Aligners, focusing on object detection and model accuracy in medical services, as well as a Data Analyst Intern role at AIA Malaysia, where database management and automation using VBA were implemented. Joyce also completed a Data Engineer Internship at A Job Thing, involving data preprocessing and chatbot integration. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Applied Mathematics with Computing from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) and a secondary education in Science from Confucian Private Secondary School.
