Dylan Hargreaves has a wide range of work experience. Dylan began their career in 2004 as a Business Development Intern at Poniard Pharmaceuticals. In 2005, they worked as a Summer Associate in the Intellectual Property Law Group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. The following year, they were a Legal Affairs Intern at NBC Universal's Domestic Television Distribution. Dylan then worked at Intellectual Ventures as a Director of Business Development from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they became a Principal at Prodigy IP, a boutique patent transaction firm. Finally, in 2015, they were appointed President of Kinesis Corporation, a company that provides computer users with professional-grade ergonomic keyboards, mice and other accessories. In 2017, Kinesis Gaming was launched to bring ergonomic designs and onboard programming technology to the PC gaming market.

Dylan Hargreaves obtained a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Washington between 1999 and 2003. Dylan then attended the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law from 2003 to 2007, during which time they earned a JD in Intellectual Property Law. Following this, they attended the UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2005 to 2007, where they earned an MBA. Additionally, Dylan is a certified Attorney with The State Bar of California.
