Suzanne Grennan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and relationship management. Currently serving as Client Services Manager at Kineo (Asia Pacific) and Client Relationship Manager at e3Learning since 2017, Suzanne has a proven track record in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Prior to these roles, Suzanne worked at Telstra Corporation from 1999 to 2017, culminating as Senior Account Executive for Telstra Business, where responsibilities included developing strategies for an extensive portfolio of customers and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders to increase revenue. Suzanne's earlier positions at Telstra included Sales Manager, HR Manager, Team Leader, and Trainer within the Telstra Mobiles Call Centre, focusing on sales performance and business intelligence. Suzanne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The University of Queensland, obtained between 1989 and 1993.
