Neil Hughes is an experienced engineering manager currently working at Kindred Group plc since June 2021. Previously, Neil served as an agile coach and tribe delivery lead at StepStone from February 2018 to June 2021, facilitating and coaching multiple teams across various offices in Europe. As a programme manager at Reward Insight between April 2014 and December 2017, Neil drove the adoption of formal business analysis and project management methods during a period of rapid growth. Earlier roles include senior business systems analyst at Monster, where participation in a £20m+ job board service project for the Department of Work and Pensions was key, and product development, quality, and process manager at CoreLogic, focusing on the UK property market. Neil's career also includes positions as a lead business analyst at GE Capital, business analyst/project manager at CWTECHSOLUTIONS LIMITED, and various roles at Ford Credit. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer/Information Technology Science from the University of Bradford, completed in 1997.
