Marc Haezendonck has extensive experience in customer support management, currently serving as the Customer Support Resource Manager at Kindred Group plc since May 2009, following a role as Team Manager of Customer Support. Prior to this, Marc held the position of Team Manager at Unibet LTD from January 2012 to April 2016, where responsibilities included managing customer support for the Western Markets, specifically Belgium and the Netherlands. Marc Haezendonck holds a Licentiate degree in Criminological Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
