Erin Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Erin currently serves as the Vice President of People & Culture at Kindred Bravely, where they have been working since 2022. Prior to this, Erin held the position of Vice President of Operations & Organizational Effectiveness at the same company from 2020. Erin also has experience as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Senior Project Manager at Kindred Bravely.

In addition to their roles at Kindred Bravely, Erin Nelson served as an Advisory Board Member for the Women in Leadership Executive Program Online at UC Santa Barbara PaCE starting in 2021. Erin has also worked at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, where they held positions such as Administrative Officer and Supervisor.

Earlier in their career, Erin worked as a Development Associate at The Williams Institute, UCLA School of Law, and as a Program Analyst at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. Erin has also served as the Director of Communications/Agent at MacVaugh & Co. and as an Executive Assistant to the President & General Counsel at MALDEF.

Erin Nelson earned a B.A. in Spanish and Linguistics from UCLA in the years 2003-2005. Erin later obtained an M.P.P. degree in Public Policy from UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs between 2009 and 2011. Erin also holds additional certifications in Strategic Human Resources Leadership, The Six Types of Working Genius, Lean (Bronze & Silver), and Mediation.
