Kimberly Schottelkorb, LPTA, CDP, has extensive experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, currently working at Kindred at Home and CenterWell Home Health since October 2017. Responsibilities include delivering quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on education in energy conservation, therapeutic exercise, balance programs, and gait training. Previous roles include positions at Medical Facilities of America and Friendship Manor Nursing Home, where Kimberly followed treatment plans for patients with various medical, orthopedic, and neurological conditions, utilizing modalities and therapeutic exercises to enhance patients' functional skills and quality of life. Kimberly holds an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from Jefferson College of Health Sciences, completed in 2016.
