Sean McCants has a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 as a Shift Manager at The Pizza Oven. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at WINGS for kids, Inc. as a WINGSleader, utilizing creative drama and musical techniques to teach social and emotional skills to at-risk children. In 2011, they joined Family Keyboard Classes as a Training Consultant, teaching creative drama and keyboard classes to preschool children. Sean then returned to WINGS for kids, Inc. from 2012 to 2017, where they started as a Program Assistant and later became a Program Director and Regional Operations Director. Since 2017, Sean has been working at The Kindezi Schools, initially as an Operations Manager and currently as the Director of Operations.

Sean McCants attended the College of Charleston from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre for Youth.
