Ray Fritz is a seasoned manufacturing management specialist with extensive experience in drug delivery systems, having worked at Kindeva Drug Delivery since May 2020 and previously at 3M for over two decades. In current roles, Ray leads cross-functional projects focusing on new product introductions and quality improvements while managing manufacturing operations, process validation, and regulatory compliance. Past experiences include overseeing the development and launch of inhalation drug delivery products, supervising engineering teams, and providing quality engineering support across various pharmaceutical projects. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota and has pursued an MBA at the University of St. Thomas.
