Syrina Westerbeek currently works as a Corporate Recruiter at Kinderwoud opvang & ontwikkeling since January 2023. In addition, Syrina is the co-owner of Zusjes Koffiebar, established in July 2022, leveraging several years of passion for the horeca industry. Previous experience includes roles as Advisor Zorg and Recruiter Zorg at BVNG from March 2019 to December 2022, and as a Recruiter at Rochewood Insurance & Banking from April 2016 to February 2019. Syrina has also held various financial advisor positions at Rabobank from 2012 to 2016, along with management experience as a bedrijfsleider at Kaldi and volunteer coordination at Jonge Harten Theaterfestival from 2013 to 2015. Syrina holds a Bachelor of Communication from Hanze University and a Minor in Event Management.
