Jose Lenders currently serves as Beleidsmedewerker Pedagogiek & Kwaliteit at Humankind Kinderopvang En Ontwikkeling since September 2020. Previously, Jose worked at Spring Kinderopvang from April 2010 to August 2020 in various roles including Pedagogisch coach, where responsibilities involved enhancing pedagogical practices among staff and contributing to policy development and implementation.
