Kelly Young serves as the Vice President of Talent Investment and Culture at KinderCare Education, contributing to the enhancement of employee, teacher, and family experiences through professional development and engagement strategies. With a solid background in brand marketing and marketing management, Young also held roles as Director of Talent & Family Experience and Brand Marketing Manager within the organization, supporting campaigns and cultural integration. Previous experience includes store ownership at Wireless Toyz, where marketing and brand recognition were prioritized, and serving on the National Marketing Advisory Committee. At Knowledge Learning Corporation, Young was responsible for marketing initiatives aimed at promoting on-site childcare. Education was completed at Boise State University from 1994 to 1997.
