Becky Naccarato Eastburn, MBA, currently serves as an Associate in Strategy & Transformation at KinderCare Learning Companies, focusing on strategic initiatives to support organizational growth. Previously, Becky held the position of Executive Coordinator at LUMO, where responsibilities included managing executive support for senior leadership and driving strategic projects. At The Mom Project, Becky progressed through roles such as Community Manager and Associate Program Manager for the RISE program, fostering a community of women and overseeing their career development. Additional experience includes community relations at Clarke University, clinical coordination at the University of Dubuque, and leadership roles in outreach at Regional Health and in sales management with the Colorado Rockies. Becky holds an MBA in Business Management from Clarke University and a BA in Political Science and Government & Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
