Kanika Mehta Rankin currently serves as SVP and Deputy General Counsel - Clinical at Kindbody since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Corporate Counsel at One Medical from October 2019 to October 2022, and Senior Corporate Counsel - Operations at DaVita Inc from January 2017 to August 2019. Kanika also practiced as an Attorney at Rusing Lopez & Lizardi, PLLC from February 2013 to January 2017 and held the position of Chief Legal Officer at Wellspring Medical Services, LLC from December 2011 to February 2013. Early legal experience includes an externship at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago in 2010 and co-authoring the Physician's Guidelines for the American Medical Association from 2009 to 2010. Kanika obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2011 and attended Chapman University for undergraduate studies.
