Sacha Saroop currently serves as the Manager of Legal Operations at Kinaxis, beginning in August 2023. Previously, Sacha spent a decade at Shopify, progressing through roles including Senior Manager of Trust & Safety Programs and Manager of Legal Programs. In these positions, significant contributions were made in program management, process optimization, and compliance tracking, including leading teams focused on operational performance and mitigating risks through data analysis and automation. Sacha's early career included roles at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP and Bank of America, with responsibilities in collections and legal assistance. Sacha holds a degree in Arts, Law from Carleton University, completed between 2004 and 2007.
