Manivannan A V currently serves as a Solution Manager at Kinaxis, leading a team of RapidResponse Supply Chain Solution consultants since February 2022, focusing on achieving team utilization, revenue, and management targets while providing mentoring and ensuring best practices are followed. Prior to this, Manivannan held the position of Assistant General Manager in the Transformation office at Daimler India Commercial Vehicles from July 2010 to February 2022, where leadership of a team of lean consultants resulted in significant yearly savings and the successful implementation of lean methodologies throughout the organization. Earlier experience includes the role of Assistant Manager at Hyundai Motor India Ltd., contributing to new product launches and process improvements. Manivannan holds a Master’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from UNSW and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Venkateswara College.
