Elmira Khani currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Programs Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Kinaxis since January 2023, engaging in the full recruitment cycle for Co-op and Intern positions while managing recruitment events and contributing to employer branding initiatives. Previously, Elmira worked as an HR Assistant in Staffing at the Office of the Auditor General of Canada from January 2021 to August 2022, assisting with intern and full-time staffing processes. Additional experience includes serving as an International Student Coach at the Telfer School of Management, providing guidance to first-year students, and a role as a Business Management Officer at Transport Canada, where administrative support was provided for HR staffing requests. Earlier work experience also includes a sales associate position at Godiva Chocolatier. Elmira holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa, completed in June 2022.
