Adam Saunders has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Adam is currently working at Kinaxis as a Delivery Director, a role they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Delivery Manager from October 2020 to January 2023, and as a Delivery Manager from January 2019 to October 2020. Before joining Kinaxis, Adam worked at PwC as a Senior Manager from June 2017 to January 2019, and as a Manager from February 2013 to June 2017. Adam began their career at Accenture as a Supply Chain Consultant from August 2010 to February 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked at HMV UK Ltd as a Supply Chain Project Manager from July 2008 to August 2010, and at Wolseley UK as a Supply Chain Development Analyst from December 2006 to July 2008.

Adam Saunders attended Warwick School from 1996 to 2003, but did not obtain a degree. Adam then went on to study Business Administration at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2003 to 2006, earning a BSc in the field. In 2020, they obtained certifications as a Kinaxis Certified Change Management Essentials Specialist from Kinaxis.
