James Jenson is an experienced claims professional currently serving as the Claims Director at Kin Insurance since February 2024. Prior to this role, James held the position of Senior Manager, Property Claims at Hippo Insurance from May 2021 to February 2024 and worked as a Catastrophe Support Lead Consultant at Allstate following the transition of Esurance into Allstate. At Esurance, James advanced from a Senior Catastrophe Performance Specialist, where responsibilities included managing the property catastrophe response and overseeing independent adjusters, to a Claims Manager focused on ensuring compliance and providing training. Earlier in the career, James worked at Allstate as a Quality Evaluator and a Large Loss Catastrophe Adjuster. James earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Texas State University in 2008.
