Sam Lowder is an experienced consulting professional with over 20 years in the field. Currently serving as a Practice Builder at Kimley-Horn since February 2023, Sam specializes in strategic planning, market analysis, and site selection for chain businesses and developers. Prior experience includes holding the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at SiteSeer Technologies, where Sam contributed to the development of a SaaS suite for site selection and market analysis. As the owner of LowCo, LLC, consulting for the commercial real estate industry was a primary focus. Previous roles include Director of Client Services at ROIC analytics, Business Development Manager at Phillips Edison and Company, and Research Manager at Land Capital Group, among others. Sam holds a BBA in Business Economics from Boise State University.
