Jud Oram is a Surface Water Engineer at Kimley-Horn, specializing in managing surface water issues since July 2024. With previous experience as Engineer II at Avenue Consultants from August 2021 to July 2024 and at Jacobs Engineering Group from March 2018 to August 2021, Jud focused on transportation engineering, specifically in transportation drainage and roadway design. Prior experience also includes a role as a Drainage Engineer at AGEC Engineering Consultants in 2017, where responsibilities involved performing density and DCP tests, alongside subsurface drilling assistance. Jud Oram holds a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University - Idaho, completed in 2018.
