Jaclyn O'Malley, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Sr HR Business Partner at Kimley-Horn since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jaclyn held the position of Regional Human Resources Manager at Universal Pure from January 2020 to August 2022. Jaclyn's earlier career includes multiple roles at SEI Investments, progressing from Analyst to Business Manager within the Advisor Network. Jaclyn earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a Minor in Accounting from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s Degree in HR with a concentration in Organizational Development from Strayer University.
