Clay White is a seasoned planning professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Practice Builder at Kimley-Horn since September 2023, Clay previously held the position of Director of Planning at LDC, Inc., where the Planning Division was established and developed a strong reputation in land use, policy, permitting, and local government expertise. Additional experience includes leadership positions at the City of Snohomish, Snohomish County, Stevens County, Kittitas County, and Engineering Certification Services, where Clay demonstrated proficiency in managing complex planning projects, strategic planning, and organizational leadership. Clay holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Geography and Anthropology from Central Washington University.
