Sequoya Nelson serves as the Regional Director of Property Management at Kimco Realty Corporation since November 2021, following a solid career in property management that includes roles as a Commercial Property Manager. Prior experience encompasses positions such as Property Manager II at Retail Properties of America, Inc. (RPAI), and multiple senior property management roles at Holt Lunsford Commercial, DCT Industrial, and GSL Welcome Group, LLC. Earlier in the career, Sequoya worked as a Site/Lease Analyst at Genuine Parts Company and as a Planner/Property Manager for the Georgia Department of Defense. Academically, Sequoya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/Urban Planning from East Tennessee State University, and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Economic Development/Entrepreneurship at the University of Houston-Victoria, in addition to prior legal studies at Georgia State University College of Law.
