Ronald Rivers serves as a Senior Financial Analyst at RPT Realty since January 2017, overseeing the financial management of a substantial portfolio valued at approximately $1 billion. Previously, Ronald was a Manager at Rivers Investment Management Group from January 2002 to August 2017, where corporate financial and operational strategy was developed. In addition, Ronald held the position of Associate at Allen and Associates from August 2004 to 2017, establishing market presence in Detroit and introducing sustainable building valuation methods. Earlier experience includes an Associate role at Deloitte from January 2001 to June 2002, where strategic financial advisory services were provided. Ronald holds an M.B.A. in Statistics and Marketing from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in Mathematics from Wayne State University.
