Jimmy Ochiltree is an experienced commercial property manager currently serving at Kimco Realty Corporation since March 2022. Prior to this role, Jimmy managed properties at Regency Centers from May 2018 to March 2022 and held various property management and facilities management positions at Madison Marquette between December 2014 and May 2018. Earlier in their career, Jimmy worked as a project manager at APEX RAILING SOLUTIONS LLC, overseeing the installation of custom metal balconies and guardrails, and as a lead installer at Brace Point Railings, leading a team in the installation of commercial structures.
