Fiona Foster is an experienced packaging development professional with over three decades in the industry. Currently serving as the Packaging Development Team Leader and Artwork Coordination Manager for Kimberly-Clark since January 2015, Fiona manages a team focused on packaging for baby care products across the EMEA region. Prior to this role, Fiona held positions at Marks and Spencer as a Senior Packaging Technologist, Sampling Innovations as a New Product Development Manager, and SpaceNK as a Packaging Development Manager. Notably, Fiona has extensive experience in managing teams and liaising with suppliers to ensure high-quality product development, beginning their career as a Packaging Technologist at Charles Of The Ritz/Yves St Laurent. Fiona holds an HND in Biology and a Diploma in Packaging from Brighton Polytechnic.
