Fabio Camplone is an experienced professional in continuous improvement and LEAN methodologies, currently serving as the EMEA LEAN Leader at Kimberly-Clark since October 1998. With a strong background in digital transformation and Industry 4.0, Fabio has held various leadership positions, including EMEA LEAN & Digital Manufacturing Leader and EMEA LEAN PS Leader, focusing on optimizing planning and manufacturing processes across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Fabio's early career included military service as a Sottotenente di Complemento with the Esercito Italiano. Academically, Fabio holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi dell'Aquila, and a scientific high school diploma from Liceo Scientifico Leonardo da Vinci.
